Who’s Winning the NBA Championship?

Which NBA Team is going to win the championship?

The question is “Who’s Winning the NBA Championship? Well, Mark Twain once said that “History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes.” As far as the NBA is concerned, Twain is only partially right.  History ALWAYS rhymes in a league fully centered around its star players.  Winning the championship requires a particular formula.

If you want to win championships, your team must be led by a generational superstar or have a stacked team made up of multiple stars – there are no exceptions. Keep reading to find out which NBA team will win the NBA Championship and which ones are imposters.

Honest Take: Who’s Winning the NBA Championship?

Teams without a star or star players in the playoffs — are simply participants. Most of you can identify the teams who fit the rule, but at the end of the day, the teams who ultimately have a chance to win it all can be counted on one hand.

The odds found in this article are courtesy of BetMGM. If you plan on betting which NBA team will win the Championship, check them out. They are offering a $1000 risk-free bet. Let’s get into it.

Boston Celtics (+325)

Without a doubt, the Celtics are a title contender. Led by the duo of Tatum and Brown, they’ve got plenty of playoff experience and are coming fresh off a final’s appearance. Although they lost to Golden State in six games, they are a threat to go the distance.

The Celtics are currently in a championship-or-bust situation.  They are six years into the Tatum and Brown era and have made multiple deep runs. At some point in time, it’s important to question whether the current team structure will ultimately get the job done. If not, it’s important to consider a fire sale and salvage the equity they currently have and trade one of those guys.

Bucks (+325)

Two years ago, this team went all the way to the promised land capturing the franchise’s first title in 50 years. They are only two teams in the East who have a chance to bring home the hardware.

The Bucks have made significant improvements since their previous championship win two years ago. Not only is it evident that they have gained more experience, but they have also strengthened their roster. Their supporting cast is performing better than ever with a record of 18-4. Khris Middleton is the main character, but the team’s depth should also provide a chance to snag the top seed by managing his minutes effectively.

Denver Nuggets (+600)

The Joker could be the first back-to-back-to-back MVP since Larry Bird – crazy. The issue is that the Nuggets have backtracked since their conference finals appearance in the bubble. Are the Nuggets the real deal? Or are they just trolling us year after year.

There’s no excuse for the Nuggets this year. They’ve got all the required pieces and in the best situation in the claim the West.

Golden State Warriors (+1200)

This team is a dynasty without question.  If the core nucleus of Curry, Thompson, and Green are healthy, they “technically” can’t be counted out.

This team has undeniably fallen short of expectations this season so far, facing difficulties in winning away games and showing weakness in defense. Their current position is the seventh seed, and it’s worth noting that the lowest seed to ever win an NBA championship was the Houston Rockets in 1995, who came from the sixth seed.

LA Lakers NBA Championship Odds (+3500)

I love the Lakers’ new roster. They’ve been playing well and have increased their depth.  If fully healthy, they are title contenders. The truth is that the King’s age is starting to affect his performance. Without him playing at his peak, the team’s chances of winning are slim to none. Despite the team’s efforts to enhance their supporting players, Lebron’s physical well-being remains the only factor that matters when it comes to going the distance.

NBA Championship Prediction

The race to the Western Conference finals is unpredictable. With multiple teams in contention, it’s going to be a fun to watch….and to bet. The conference is facing an unusual situation where the Lakers are the only team that has a real chance to win it all. But their chances are heavily dependent on Lebron’s health. Apart from that, this season offers a unique opportunity for some teams to finally break through, and for new teams like the Kings and Grizzlies to make a name for themselves.

So. to answer the question “Who’s Winning the NBA Championship? I’ve got to go with The Milwaukee Bucks. They are poised to win their second championship in three years. The team operates like a well-oiled machine under the leadership of a two-time MVP. They have an excellent supporting cast which is performing at the highest level. They are, without a doubt, the best team in the league. If they do capture it all this year, imagine if Khris Middleton had not missed last year’s conference finals versus the Celtics.
